Room available in Uptown Hoboken

I am moving to be closer to school this fall and my current room in the apartment is available potentially by the end of the month. It?s a 3 bed 1 bath for $1,030. The two other girls who live in that apartment are really great and friendly. One is 23 and works in finance so she is not home much and the other is 30 and works in HR and gets home around 5. There are two cats currently but they are very sweet and usually just stay in a bedroom. It?s on Washington and 12th in uptown Hoboken. It?s about a 20min walk to the path or a 10min ride. There is also a bus stop that is a direct line into the city right outside the door! It?s super close to Trader Joe?s, kings and shop rite. Utilities (WiFi/cable and electricity) are usually around $60-70 depending on the season.
