1 roommate wanted for 3-bedroom 2-bedroom !

My roommate and I are looking for someone to move into our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in downtown Hoboken. It is an amazing spot and super reasonable! The open room has many windows for great lighting, your own bathroom, an attached balcony, and a huge hallway closet. The apartment itself has an updated kitchen with a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and an elevator that goes to directly to our front door (each apartment has its own floor). The living room is also fully furnished, so you would only need furniture for the open bedroom. We also have a 1 year old mini golden doodle :)

The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk to Washington Street and the PATH. The hop also stops right in front of the apartment and we are a 1 minute walk from the Lightrail.

There is a parking garage and a gym with a pool directly across the street. There is also a mini-grocery store on the next block.

We are looking for someone to move in August 1, 2019. Rent is $1283 plus utilities.
