Huge room available near PATH

Sadly I am moving out of my amazing apartment to relocate for business school. I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and it is an awesome deal and an even better location. Building is a 5 minute walk from the path and has a garage if parking is needed.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom flex. There is still a good sized living room. The room available is the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The room is massive! I have a queen sized bed with a couch in the room currently. Room is available August 1st, with some flexibility.

My current roommates are a 31 year old nurse and a 24 year old who works in PR. Roommates are friends who enjoy hitting up a workout class or grabbing a drink. All roommates did not know each other before moving in. I would love to find someone great for them!

All furniture in the room is available to be sold with the room. Preference given for someone who is interested in the future. More info/pictures available upon request. Selling all furniture in room for $500 total, $600 including TV.

The lease goes through January 15th and can be renewed.
