$1040 Room in 3 Bedroom (Hoboken)

1 bedroom available in a 3 bed/1 bath starting August 1st.

We are 2 female roommates in mid 20s, both of us work 9-5 monday-friday, preferably looking for female roommate to move in. We enjoy going to the gym during the week (sometimes early mornings before work), we keep it very low key on work nights and at most watch tv and order dinner together, but we always go out on weekends. We never have late night parties, or frequent guests staying over, both of us are very easy to live with, drama-free, and respect each other's schedules and space.

MUST be clean & respectful!

Rent is $1040 a month, most utilities included, only extra is cable/wifi/electric and it is usually $40-$50 a month each. We also split all cleaning supplies and paper towels/garbage bags/tp, etc on an as needed basis. Amazing bang for your buck, huge kitchen, living and dining area, perfect size room with ample private closet space. Laundry in basement, the apartment is on the 3rd floor.
