Looking for roomate in 3 bed 2 bath doorman blg

Hi! We have 1 bedroom available in a 3 bed/ 2 bath apartment in a doorman building in downtown hoboken 3 blocks from the bus terminal / PATH train which is a ten minute ride to NYC. Unlike most units in this building, this apartment is not converted! It is a large corner unit with tons of light and views of NYC. The room available has 2 large closets, two big windows with tons of light, AC / Heat unit in room, and is spacious (about 13ft by 12ft). The two current roommates are both female, working professionals in twenties and early thirties. We are friendly, respectful, clean, and fun. We are also flexible with the move in date. Rent is 1585 and there is no security deposit! Feel free to look at my posting for pictures of the apartment!
