Roommate wanted in beautiful 2 bed 2 bath!

Female roommate wanted in downtown Hoboken for a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on 9/1. Rent would be about $1,550 per person. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment and feels private. There is a washer and dryer in unit, central air, hardwood floors, exposed brick, updated appliances, and windows with lots of natural light. It is a first floor walk up.

About me: I am a 29 year old interior designer working at a large architecture firm in NYC. I have a super cute and friendly cat named Tito that will be moving with me. I am very active in the Interior Design industry community after work, but also enjoy binging on Netflix, going to the gym, spending time with my 1 year old niece, and trying new restaurants with friends. I am extremely organized and like to keep things very clean around the house. I am laid back, friendly, and respectful. No smoking please :)
