Looking for a female professional to take over a pre-existing lease for one bedroom in an amazing two bedroom, two private bathroom apartment located on Clinton and 1st in Downtown Hoboken! 7 minute walk from the Path train, and building also has a NJ Transit bus stop outside the front door that takes you into Manhattan. Building is extremely safe, hallways and lobby have been recently renovated. Building has parking (available for rent) and bike racks located in lower level of the building. Bedroom is large enough to fit a queen bed and dresser and anything extra. There are two closets in the bedroom and a private bathroom. Current roommate is super nice, respectful and clean business professional. I am moving because I am getting married and need to relocating to the Philadelphia area. Looking for someone to take over the lease starting Sept. 15th.
