Hi all! My roommate and I are looking to fill a spot in a 3 bedroom apartment at Hudson Square North! We are 26 and 27 and looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful. It is a true 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, with a huge shared living room. Lease starts October 21 and rent is $1367 a month. Apartment is on 3rd and Hudson. Amazing location right next to the water, 5 minute walk to the PATH, and right in the heart of all shops and restaurants, but still off Washington Street enough that it is quiet!

Everything comes brand new and is redone before moving in. You would have your own room and share a large bathroom. There are also huge closets in each room and 2 storage closets in the hallway. Combined washer/dryer in unit and a nice laundry room downstairs. We also have a ton of living room furniture which will help offset some costs.
