Central Hoboken - Roommate Wanted

Hi there - I am looking for a roommate to move into a 2 bedroom / 1 bath starting May 1, 2022 to replace my roommate that is leaving end of April. We have a lease through 5/31/2023.

The living room is already furnished and there is bedroom furniture available if needed.

The apartment is conveniently located in central Hoboken 1.5 blocks away from the bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk to the Path.

Rent is $1,325 which includes water/sewer and common area cleaning. PSE&G typically runs about $50/month and WiFi is an additional $45/month.

There will also be a 1 month security deposit and a credit/background check fee that will be through a third party service company as required by the landlord.
