It?s 1,200 sq ft with 2 nice size bedrooms and one small bedroom which they call it a den, living/tv room, new kitchen and new bathroom, washer dryer and dishwasher. AC/heat controlled unit (no window ACs) and intercom/buzz to let people in and a small balcony. I?m very down to earth, chill and I have a 23 lb French bulldog who is the cutest.
