I am looking for someone to fill my room at 77 Park Ave starting at the end of October or November 1. It's a large flex room that fits a full size bed with room to spare (bookshelves, dressers and then some) and a large walk in closet for $1200/month. I share a bathroom with 1 roommate. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove and oven. An AC unit is also built into the room!
The building has a doorman 24/7, elevator, laundry, a great gym and a large patio area with tables, lounge chairs and grills.
I live with 2 young professional women in their 20's who are very respectful of the common spaces. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and friendly.
