Hi, looking for a female roommate for a spacious and sunny huge 3 Bedroom/1bath apartment available anytime between October 19th to November 1st. The apartment has a beautiful living space which also has an extended dining area and a huge kitchen. You would be taking over the lease from me and living with two roommates, one works in Manhattan and the other in New Jersey. We are located in uptown Hoboken, few streets from the waterfront and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, Trader Joe?s, Shoprite, King?s Grocery Store, New York Sports Club and the 126 bus to Path train station or Port Authority in Manhattan.
Some amenities provided by the Management office include plumbing and home maintenance and laundry in the building.
The room is available preferably furnished or unfurnished, including Full Size Bed, Mattress, Air Conditioner, Bed Side Table, Bookshelf , Dresser, Lamp, Mirror for $ 500.
