Large bedroom in 4BR/2Bath apt, Downtown Hoboken

We are 2 girls and 1 guy and we are looking for 1 roommate (male or female) to sign a lease together starting 11/1. Our roommate is leaving to move in with her BF. The room is a big, with a double closet, and room for a Queen size bed, large wardrobe/dresser, desk and more. You would share your bathroom with 1 other person, so there would be minimal waiting.

We?re all in our early/mid 30?s), we work in NYC and Jersey, basically keep work hours of 8:30-6 or so. We are clean and neat, respectful, friendly, easy going and responsible, looking for the same.

There is laundry in the building, the apartment has a dishwasher, we also have access to a shared common backyard with gas grills. There is street parking or a parking space available in the building at an additional cost. We are only 2 blocks from the 126 bus to Port Authority and a 10 minute walk to the Path.

Rent is $1,018 a month, plus utilities which in total run approx. $60-80 a month which includes premium cable, internet and utilities. We also get a cleaning service 1x a month for $80 per visit. ($20 per person per visit).

You will need 1 month and 1.5 month security deposit (negotiable with landlord) and a $50 application fee.
No broker fee.
