This apartment is in a townhouse on a nice tree-lined street. The apartment is very quiet. Access and use of backyard included.

Apartment includes a living room, separated by bookcase/ storage unit from the kitchen which includes under-counter refrigerator, microwave, sink, counter top, and a lot of cabinet space. Living room has two storage spaces: a wardrobe closet and hanging rack (with folding partitions used to separate this space from the room). Open archway building foundation wall separates living room/ kitchen from the bedroom. California king bed with plenty of surrounding room. Off of bedroom is a 1/3 bathroom (a toilet - 3rd to last picture), and open closet space. Can discuss what personal items of mine to remain or be cleared out for your stay. This full bathroom (last two pictures) is off the hallway that goes from the entrance to my unit to the entrance of the building.
