Looking for a person to fill in and take my lease in a master bed room and move in ASAP. The room is ~16' x 11', two large closet, a separate AC, and its own bathroom. And is located on the third floor, which is the same floor as the community gym and a floor below the washing/drying machine.

You?ll be sharing the place with two other people and will share: a large kitchen with dish washer, and common eating area. The room comes PARTLY FURNISHED (a bed, desk, hangers, clothing bins etc.).

The complex has a number of amenities such as: 24 hour doorman, a 24 hour gym, a patio with a great view, a fleet of washing/drying machines in basement, wifi (Verizon), free to use grills, and has included maintenance staff should anything in the room need to be fixed.

As for location, the room faces East partially looking out over the city, it is about 3 blocks ( ~10 min walk) from the PATH trains and the Waterfront, 2 blocks from Washington Street and the building has a shared driveway so you can temporarily park in front (about 30 min zone). There is also a parking garage on site which is extra cost.

Cost is $1391 a month + Utilities/Wifi(split evenly among three people).

Who were looking for:
Male: between 21 ? 30 who?s responsible, relatively clean, and respectful.
Must pay rent on time, clean after themselves

As for the roommates: they are both Cornell graduates, one is 23 and works in consulting, enjoys fantasy football, cooking, and reading. The other is 25 and works in trading, enjoys watching NBA (Brooklyn Nets Fan), shows, and listening to podcasts.
