Private bedroom available in shared 3-bedroom apartment of a luxury high-rise in Hoboken. You'll have a huge walk-in closet and a full-wall window overlooking Jersey City. Currently have a Queen bed, but room can fit a King. Large and renovated bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Incredible amenities in the building: Elevator building with 24hr doorman, full gym, laundry room and massive roof deck complete with grills and patio furniture. In-building garage parking is also available for additional fee.

Yearly amenities fee ($350) due at move-in and will be prorated from June. Building is a short 5 min walk from Hoboken PATH station and downtown/main street (for some reason the location is showing as uptown, but the address is 77 Park Ave). Quiet neighborhood with great views from 8th floor. One roommate is leaving and two remaining roommates are looking to fill the private bedroom. Roommates are young, working professionals who are very clean, friendly, quiet and respectful. Utilities (~50/mo) and Wifi ($25/mo) are split equally between roommates (prices shown are per person).

The lease will officially start on January 1 and be for 5 months through end of May 2020 ($100 building application fee for background check), with the opportunity to resign then for another year.
