Large bedroom in 2 bed/1 bath downtown Hoboken

My roommate (who has lived here for five years!) is moving so I am looking to secure someone for a January 1 move in! The apartment is on Bloomfield between 3rd and 4th, great location one block away from Washington (with bus service to Port Authority) and less than a 10 minute walk to the PATH (which will get you into Manhattan in 8 minutes)

I am leasing from a landlord and the lease is until end of May 2020 with an option to renew. It is a two bedroom/one bathroom second floor in a three floor walk-up with a brand-new washer/dryer in-unit. You would be occupying the master bedroom which fits a queen (or king) bed, dresser, etc. and has a closet in the room. The utilities come out to about 100/per person. Lease does not allow pets unfortunately.

I am 28 and work 9-5 in healthcare tech in the city. I am pretty low-key and quiet but do enjoy the occasional happy hour!
