Large bedroom in Hoboken

Hi, me and my roommate are looking for another female to move into our 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment in uptown Hoboken.

The apartment is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a washer/dryer in unit and central air/heat.

The open bedroom is the 2nd largest room and can fit a queen/full bed and a dresser. It also has a small closet as well.

In regards to location our apartment is located 1 block away from Trader Joe?s, Malibu diner, New York sports club, cvs, & rite aid. We are also 2 blocks away from the 126 bus stop on 15th and Willow.

Both roommates are working professionals who commute to Midtown NYC. We both like to workout and also go out on the weekends.

Move in date would be February 1st with the one year lease renewing in May (long term rental only) Rent would be $1050 until May 2020 and then goes up to $1100 until May 2021

Utilities come out to about to around $80 a month and includes cable/internet and then the PSEG bill which is typically pretty low
