Room in luxury Hoboken apartment

I have a large den available (or curtained off living room if you prefer natural light and more space) in a Hoboken luxury apartment. Apartment has a in-unit washer and dryer and a fantastic kitchen if you love cooking. The complex has a gym, pool, nice terrace outdoor area. There's shuttle service to the PATH, and the apartment is right next to a supermarket and the light rail.

The remainder of the lease goes for 6 months before I move interstate, and there's the option of moving in late December if desired.

I'm a 23-year-old Australian working in Jersey City! I keep to myself when I'm home, but I also love going out and exploring. I work unusual hours (weekends and nights), so it's highly unlikely that we'll get in each other's way at the apartment, but that doesn't mean I don't love hanging out. I love sports but also enjoy settling down with a good book or watching some TV!
