The place is modest but the location is killer. Walk out the front door from your first floor apartment (who needs steps) onto highly coveted Washington St.

The lease would run from Jan 1 through April (4 months). It?s 1250 a month, LL pays heat and water you only pay for electric, gas (if you use the stove) and internet. This is a steal.
