-- Building is right on Hudson street, a block from Washington street with tons of restaurants and bars at your doorstep.
--Also a block from the waterfront and just a 5 min walk to the Path.
--Bedroom has two large closets, kitchen has new, stainless steel appliances and an in-unit washer and dryer
I have to relocate for work but I'm flexible with move-in depending on what is easiest for you. Anytime mid Feb through March would be ideal.
Also lease ends Oct 31st and I have two lovely roommates who are a pleasure to live with!
