The apartment is beautifully renovated with real hardwood and slate floors, modern finishes and brand new appliances. The room available can comfortably fit a double or queen bed - my original roommate had two dressers, a bench, end table and shelves in there as well! It has access to a small fire escape balcony and has a beautifully built out closet with shelves/multiple hanging options. The living room is open to the kitchen and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment! We have central air, washer/dryer in lobby, security cameras, taxi waiting area, bodega and HOP bus stop at the end of the block!
