Hi ! Hope all are well and healthy. I'm a working woman (professional). I like to describe my house as a peaceful place where I can relax. I'm looking for a respectful roommate with some of the same qualities. I like to keep my house clean and organized. I prefer someone who is quiet in the house. About the apartment: Located on a very quiet street. The building is very quiet, all neighbors are professionals. The backyard is available for BBQ's and small gatherings, equipped with a table and grill. Ten/twelve minutes to Manhattan via Path or Bus and the 9th Street NJ Light Rail stop. Close walk to Supermarket, food, bars, restaurants, shops, gym, Post Office etc.
You will have your own very spacious room with a large closet to be in Hoboken and has a lot of sunlight on different seasons. The apartment has central air and heat. The rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment which allows for privacy (the room is empty). The apartment is furnished, except for your room. We will share one bathroom, however there's enough room for your personal stuff. The apartment has wood floors, dishwasher. I don't have pets, although I love them :-) All utilities are separate from the rent, we will share 50% - 50%. Depending on the season it has been $60 each one.
You, as an ideal roommate: Pretty relaxed person, drama free, responsible, male or female. No smoking-vaping/drugs. I'm looking for a good person, not just a roommate to fill the space.
