1 bedroom in great apt

Hi I?m looking for someone to take over my current lease in a 3 bedroom apartment in uptown Hoboken on Washington and 13th. The apartment is available July 1st. Please feel free to reach out if you?re interested.

Details:
Apartment: 3 bedroom, 1 bath, elevator in building. The room you will be renting has a huge closet and plenty of space. I have a fullsized bed but a queen would fit just fine. Bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment has essentially everything. Apartment has big kitchen and living room, and there is extra closet space that we share as well as a shared linen closet. Washer and Drier in the building. We have great neighbors. We are steps away from the bus and 10 minutes to the city. We are also a couple blocks from the ferry, Pier 13, NYSC, Rite Aid, and Trader Joe?s.

Rent: $998 plus cable and electric ($50/month) Security deposit is one months rent $998.

Roommates: I am 21, they are two females in their late 20?s, and we all got along great. They are both super clean, respectful, and friendly. One of the roommates has a small super quiet dog.
