**Looking For Roommate**

This is a two bed two bath 1800 square ft apartment located on the penthouse floor of the 5 story apartment complex (Don't worry we have an elevator!). I am looking for a roommate to take the other bedroom which has its own private bathroom.

The apartment comes with a fully furnished kitchen including refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Washer/dryer is in unit. We have central heating and AC.

You have roof access via a spiral staircase with our own patio to enjoy the view of the Manhattan skyline.

This apartment is a 5 minute walk to the NJ Lightrail station giving you easy access to Hudson County and the PATH that takes you directly to NYC.

We live in a quiet part of Hoboken and in a family friendly building. Most of our neighbors have young children. I am looking for someone who is a young working professional, who is clean, and low key. I am currently in grad school and work full time so being low key is important!
