Free access to a gym, free shuttle to the Hoboken PATH (~20 min commute into Midtown). Access to a courtyard with grills and chairs and tables. Gorgeous space.

I'm a meditation teacher and work in Tech (Product Management) and the roommate is a Korean American doctor.

Trader Joes and ShopRite within one block. Uptown Hoboken. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect spot for the summer. Right by an upcoming brand new park.
