Looking to fill a room in Uptown Hoboken

Hello there, we're 2 young male professionals looking for a 3rd person to fill a midsize room in our furnished, spacious apartment in Uptown Hoboken. We're located at 12th and Garden, and the apartment includes washer & dryer in unit, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Did we mention we have high ceilings and a rooftop deck? We have high ceilings and a rooftop deck!

We're located on the 3rd / top floor so the apartment has access to a private rooftop deck with entrance only available in the apartment.

We are looking for another male young professional in their twenties who will maintain a clean living space and is interested in having a drink from time to time.
Rent is $1240 a month and the room comes unfurnished.
