Private Room Available in 3 bed/1 bath

Hi all- We are two professional 30-somethings, living in Hoboken, and working in fashion and TV/film, respectively.

We have lived together in this current apartment for one year and are in the process of renewing our lease for another 12-month term and are seeking a 3rd, LGBT-friendly roommate to occupy a large, private bedroom in the apartment, ideally with a move-in date of August 1.

The bathroom, living room and kitchen are all shared spaces that would come furnished and with appropriate appliances (e. g., oven, fridge, microwave, toaster oven for the kitchen and couches, TV, Apple TV, coffee tables for the living room). There is no washer/dryer in the building, though there are laundromats within a block of the apartment.

The apartment itself is very centrally located within Hoboken, with the Hudson River, Hoboken Library, supermarkets, Stevens Institute, and NJT bus stops all within 2 blocks. The PATH Station is about 12 minutes away by foot.

We strike a balance between having our own private lives/social circles but also hanging out together in the apartment, catching up on our days, etc. - and, we're seeking a roommate who would help keep that balance.

The currently monthly rent is $989, and utilities (including internet, cable, gas, electric) averages approx. $125 per person per month. The landlord does require all applicants to complete a credit check to finalize any arrangements.
