Room available now for flexible move in in prime downtown Hoboken location on 1st and Washington.

The apartment has high ceilings, central air, tons of sun and modern appliances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit is unheard of for this area, this is a newer building compared vs others on Washington st. Apartment location is perfect, next to all the bars and restaurants in downtown (the fun end) Hoboken. Perfect for anyone commuting to the city: 5 min walk to the PATH and 5 min walk to waterfront.

Roommates are two guys (ages 32 and 31), one works in real estate and other works in finance in the city. Both like to have fun and drink socially on weekends, occasional happy hours after work, and on rare occasions we host small pregames. Both guys are laidback so we also chill in the apt a lot watching sports. Basically, the vibe/atmosphere in the apt is dope so we're looking for someone who fits to keep it that way. We stay respectful and keep the apt clean, everyone pitches in. Share a bathroom with one of the other roomates.

Move in date is flexible, can move in now or any time between when the new lease starts Sept 1. Bills average around $100 per person between cable/internet, electric and our monthly cleaning lady.
