I'm looking for a roommate to resign my lease with at my apartment in downtown Hoboken. I have lived in this apartment a few years and it's so great that I don't want to leave it! It is a 2 floor townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms so you would have your own bathroom. The washer and dryer are in the unit. The entire first floor is furnished and kitchen is fully stocked with everything (pots/pants/silverware).
Rent is $1600 per month plus utilities.
The apartment is a great location - within 2 blocks from 7/11, liquor store, shops, grocery stores, gyms, parks. The bus stop is 1 block away and it is about an 8 minute walk to the PATH.
The available room is a great size with a big closet. The room can fit a queen bed, dresser, night stand with a decent amount of space.
About me...I'm a 30 year old single female and work in HR at a tech company in the Financial District. I have been working in the office again since Phase 2 began.
I like to go out on the weekends with friends and during the week I like to workout, go to dinner/happy hour, or hang out in the apartment after work.
