Awesome apartment right next to St. Ann's, Columbus Square Park, ShopRite, Finnegans and Willie McBrides. Quick 5 min walk to the 126 bus or ~15mins down to the PATH.

About Me: 28yo straight male. Work in Technology Sales in the city (currently WFH). I'm very clean and extroverted. Interests: sports, outdoors, travel, technology and going out w/ friends. The private yard is great and I try to host friends ~1mo. Weekdays are usually low key. Weekends I'm usually out and about with friends or traveling.

Preferred Roommate: Similarly aged male (24-32). Open to a female roommate too depending on common interests. Clean, respectful and outgoing person who will pitch in around the apartment and be open to socializing.

The building is a nice walk-up with an attached garage (parking extra if you need it). Rent is $1650/mo + utilities and shared supplies (~$100-200/mo).
