My 2 roommates and I live in a great 3-bedroom apartment in Hoboken. I have lived here for 3 years and have loved it, but due to recent events my two roommates and myself are planning to move out.

We are working with the building on finding 3 new tenants to take our place from September 1st until the lease ends in March 2021. The move in date is flexible, and can be discussed based on what works best for who would be moving in.

The apartment is located right up Washington Street and is in a great location, walking distance from the pier and local bars/restaurants. The PATH is 10 minutes away for easy transportation, as well as the bus that comes right in front of our apartment.

The space is cute with a spacious living room, small kitchen, and 1 bathroom. A laundry room is right downstairs, and the building offers on call maintenance for any issues, which is great.
