I?m looking for someone to take over my third of the lease. Move in date is flexible, but ideally after October 1. The lease ends Feb 28 with the option to renew in March!

The room can fit a full size bed comfortably!

You will be living with 2 awesome young professional females! Your future roommates are VERY clean and respectful. They have a weekly cleaning schedule that divides the share of the cleaning equally. They are very respectful and nice. They enjoy going out in Hoboken, watching Netflix, drinking wine, playing games and working out. Prior to the pandemic, they occasionally had people over for happy hour. Currently, one of the roommates are working from home and one is part-time in the city due to the pandemic.

This apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator! It has laundry in the basement too. Also, it is conveniently located in uptown Hoboken, a block over from Washington Street and a block away from the beautiful skyline of NYC and PIER 13! The bus stop to the city is a 2 min walk (picks you up on 13th and Washington) or uptown ferry. The path is about a 20 minute walk, but the FREE hopper picks you up on the corner of 12th and Hudson (can?t beat that!)
