Hi there, I am listing a room for our shared apartment. My current roommate, who is super sweet, has to move back with her family.
The location is perfect. It is 1 minute away from the bus station and 10 min away from the Port Authority.
It is a railroad apartment. There are two entry doors, one from the living room and one through my room. I am very respectful to people's privacy so I use my own entry door at all times.
The room comes furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.

The rent will be $900 starting March 1st but I am planning to ask management to keep it at $600 until September, 2021.

Can move in ASAP! Latest date January 1st, 2021.
