$1020 Roommate Wanted (3 Bedroom Shared Apartment

Early, to Late 40's, quiet, studious, respectable, non-smoking, single, NEAT, Professional Males looking for same in roommate for a great 3 bedroom, one bathroom Apartment in a desirable Hoboken location.

The Apartment features a Hugh Private Backyard that is accessed only by our apartment. The rent includes heat, and hot water, in the rent. Electricity, and wireless Internet, are shared/split with the other roommates 3 ways.

We would also share incidentals like paper products, cleaning supplies, and maybe gas for a grill. The Apartment is 2 blocks from the light rail and about a 12-minute walk to the Hoboken Path. There is a rush-hour bus that picks up and drops off on Willow Avenue, which is about a 6-minute walk from here. If you wanted to, you could also take the ferry, so there are many ways to get to NYC midtown and downtown.

Going for $1020.00 for the room. The room is partly unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The room has a large space for you to furnish how you see fit. This is a great place, and you will be moving in with two really great male roommates. Both are Very Chill, quiet, and very easygoing, and both clean up after themselves and expect the others to do the same. We are looking for a clean person. We keep the common areas very nice and would like it to stay that way, but we are not compulsive about it.

No smokers, np vaping, no drugs, etc. (included), and no one who thinks that they still live in college. This is NOT dorm life. Ideally, we would like someone who takes the initiative to clean and straighten up and just to be an adult. Would prefer a mature (above 32) Male roommate who has a job or is a graduate student, 1st month and security deposit (1.5 times the rent $1530.00) are required.

We are looking for a one-year commitment on the lease that would start Feb 1st.
