I’m looking for someone to move into my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in uptown Hoboken. The apartment is available December 1st - Jan 1st , $1225. The apartment is so cute, your room is a large master, plenty of room to fit a queen mattress, dresser, and a desk. It also has a large double closet and an attached bathroom. The shared space is a good size, with neutral walls, and hardwood floors throughout that were just refinished last year. The apartment is also fully furnished except for your room, has central air, a dishwasher, and coined laundry on the same floor. It is perfectly located across the street from Trader Joe’s, and close to a lot of great bars and restaurants. For commuters, the 126 bus stop outbound to NYC (2 stops from Port Authority) is 1 block away, and it’s a <10 minute walk to the ferry.

A little about me: I am a 25-year-old high school science teacher who commutes out of Hoboken every day, so if you’re working from home you’ll have the apartment to yourself most days. I am easy going, love to go out on the weekends, but also do enjoy a nice wine night in. I’m looking for someone similar in her 20’s to take over the master and share this cute apartment with me!
