Looking for a roommate to fill an open room in our luxury doorman apartment with amazing city views.

Rent is $1338 per month plus utilities - apartment is updated, has laundry on site, a gym in the building, and a shared patio/grilling area. Current lease is up in February, so it is more than likely that the rent price will drop in Feb.

Building is a 5 minute walk to the PATH. Room available has double closets and NYC skyline views!

Available for move in after 11/15. I am leaving the apartment due to moving closer to home, your future roommates are some of my best friends!

The 3 girls are all 25-26, friendly, and like to keep tidy. All have steady 9-5 jobs and lay more low key during the weekdays but enjoy going out on the weekends!

The living room and kitchen are fully set up so all you need is your bedroom furniture! (Willing to sell headboard and dresser if you are interested). Amenity fee and renters insurance have been paid through 2/2021.
