Apartment was renovated this year, all new finishes, stainless brand new appliances, central AC, WASHER DRYER IN UNIT. 2 full bathrooms and large living room. Also has a nice outdoor deck. There is only one other unit in the building.. lots of privacy. You will not find a better apartment close to Stevens for this price. Located 10th and Park.
It is currently furnished.. happy to offer both options. I pay $1,350 but am offering $1,250. Available for immediate move-in but would be willing to sign for as late as January. Lease ends at the end of May (if you get along with roommates, potential to renew). Would also do short term.
