One Bedroom on Washington Street in Hoboken

Looking for a roommate to take over my room! Room is freshly painted and currently has a twin bed+frame, desk, big closet. I'm leaving the country for work so thats why I'm giving it up. Roommates are professionals who are kind and like to hang out in common areas together but also respect one another's privacy. There is a huge shared space for storage, multiple closets, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There is also a loft used for storage. Its a second floor walk up, really easy for moving. Washington street is home to tons of restaurants and bars and shops, great location. We are laying a little low because of COVID but looking forward to going out again! The rent is $895 a month, plus a little extra for wifi/electric, but not much since its split between 4. We get great internet so its good for working from home.

There is a cat so can’t be allergic. No additional pets.
