My roommates and I looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in our 4 bedroom apartment. This would be a short term 2-3 month lease (with opportunity to renew on March 1st). Fully furnished - bed, dresser and desk in room as well. It’s located in uptown Hoboken in a great location to parks, restaurants and the waterfront. Elevator and laundry are in the building. Rent is $860/ month plus utilities. We are all friendly girls, working from home, who like to keep the apartment clean. I can also be very flexible with the move in date!
