The room is unfurnished and can fit a queen sized bed. It is windowless but contains a wardrobe.

The apartment itself is relatively big with all 4 bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. Washer and dryer unit is upstairs and common areas are furnished. Utilities are around $100/mo. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the PATH.

Each of the current housemates are working professionals who have been WFH occasionally and are clean and very easy going. 2 and at times 3 of the housemates have been absent from the place during the pandemic.

The lease is up at the end of Jan with the potential for renewal.
