Hi all, I have an available room in midtown Hoboken. Available for March 1st, We’re just a few blocks away from Acme grocery store, 12 minute walk to Hoboken Path terminal. Across from a liquor store and next to Fiores. Rent is $950/month, apartment comes with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. 2 full bathrooms, very spacious apartment, we are the only tenants in the building so no neighbors. Rent is month-to-month, only one months rent security deposit and no broker fee! Landlord is very chill. Very Italian. Rooms are spacious with good sized closets. About the roommates, (1 female and 1 male) ages 27 and 26, we are very easy to get along with and respectful. We are wfh in the apartment on Fridays currently. We are chill and like to hangout, sports, have friends over and go out during the week and weekends. Looking for someone we can become friends with.
