Sunny Bedroom in Downtown Hoboken

Hi everyone,

I am moving out at the end of April, and I’m seeking a female roommate to fill the available room in a two bedroom/one bath apartment. The room has great afternoon sun. And is the larger of the two bedrooms, with a large closet. You can fit a full-size or queen size bed plus one large dresser, one small dresser, a night stand, a bookcase, and a computer desk. The room will be available May 1 but if you need to move in earlier, I can arrange for a flexible move in date.

Location: It’s on the corner of 3rd and Willow (great location!). It is a 10 minute walk to the PATH and close to the bus (on Clinton and on Washington streets).

Apartment: The apt is on the second floor and is a walk-up. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with the kitchen, living room, and bathroom located in the middle. Heat is included in the rent. The internet is $30/pp and electric is ~$70/pp in the winter and ~$50/pp in the summer.

About my roommate: She is in her late 30s and works locally in Hoboken. She has been going into work, so if you are working from home, you will have the apartment to yourself during the day. She is tidy, respectful of space, enjoys cooking, and is fairly quiet.
