Hoboken Room available - close to path!

I have a room available in Hoboken, NJ ready for a march 1 move in. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Path station. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Rooms are on opposite sides of apartment. The room available fits a queen comfortably, has a private bathroom, big windows, tons of light and 2 closets! In between the rooms is a sit in kitchen with plenty of counter space and a dishwasher. The living room is very comfortable and both the living room and kitchen have sky lights. Laundry in building :)
