Looking for someone to fill our room in a beautiful 3br/2ba apartment in midtown Hoboken. Rent $975, shared utilities are around $100 each for PSEG and Verizon Fios Internet.

Available 3/1 on a month to month lease, but preferably looking for somebody to stay longer term. Security deposit $1,500, no broker fee.

The Room:
Large bedroom (approx. 10' x 16') in a second floor apartment in an elevator building. Shared bathroom with one other person. Large double closet in hallway (not shared). Brand new washer/dryer in unit and brand new dishwasher in kitchen, and working gas fireplace in living room. Central A/C. Small common outdoor space for building.

Roommates:
Two male working professionals age 30 and 32, that work in fintech and enterprise software industries. We have been working remotely due to the pandemic, and have enough room to work comfortably. We're both pretty social and are mindful of noise and mess when having friends over.

Located on Monroe and 6th St, one block from the Monroe Center, and near the new Resiliency Park & Playground on Jackson St. Close to bus stop to NYC and NJ light rail. 20 minutes walking to PATH.
