Great Hoboken Location

Hello!! I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my room on March 1st, 15th or April 1st I am opened to both those dates. Lease ends August 31st but you could continue if you like. 1st street and park avenue right above Luca brasi deli!!! Large room with 2 big windows, big closet, 5 minute walk from the path. There is laundry in the apartment, central heat. You will be living with 2 lovely ladies, Taleen that works as an analyst at American Express and Vivian completing biochemical engineering degree and currently applying for masters. This is the largest room in the apartment we could discuss furniture . Let me know if you are interested.
