Hoboken Room Available Prime Location

Hi all, I am looking for a Roomate to move into this newly renovated rental building, on 3rd and Garden Street in hoboken. The Apartment features a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer in basement. I have a medium sized dog that is going to be living in the apartment. I prefer a Roomate with no other pets, but one that loves dogs! I am currently working remote and love to work out, go out with friends and watch Netflix in my spare time. I keep everything very clean. Both bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment and it totals about 1,200 square feet! Message me if interested with a little info about yourself.
