We are looking for a third roommate in our three-bedroom apartment in downtown Hoboken. We are close friends who enjoy going out, yet are working professionals.
Our apartment is conveniently located near the Path station and bus routes to NYC. Street parking can easily be obtained for a minimal annual fee.
Our apartment is fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom that will be utilized by the new roommate. We have central A/C and heat, hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, elevator access (though we are the first floor walkup), and a back patio. Cable/internet/DVR/utilities are all included in the rent, which is $1300 per month.
Move in date is listed as Feb 1, but this is flexible.
When signing this lease, an $1950 security deposit is due, along with the first month's rent of $1300.
