We're looking to fill a bedroom in our Apt.

Move-in day is AUGUST 1st.

It's the largest bedroom in the back of the apartment (the room will be unfurnished). Current tenants are early and late 20s guys. Two of us have regular 9-5 jobs and another one is a grad student. It's pretty quiet during the week. Not looking for sublets or anything short-term, sorry.

Details:
- Rent - $1100 per month (heat and water included), $1000 security deposit
- Utilities (internet, electric) end up being about $30-$60 per
month per person.

- *** if interested, there is the option to take the smaller room for $930. (photo attached, it can fit a queen-size bed, a couch and a small desk. the room will be unfurnished though.)

- Big updated kitchen. Modern appliances.
- 2 full bathrooms
- Applied Housing Mgt will require a background check and proof of
income, fees for the application are ~$50
- Large laundry room in building, right outside the apartment
- We're half a block from the bus stop, its a 15-20 min walk to PATH,
and close to bars, gyms, parking garages.
- Park, tennis courts directly next door to the building.
