Hoboken 2 bed 2 bath

I'm looking for a roommate starting September 1st to rent the second bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Hoboken for a 12 month lease. I'm 25, from upstate New York and work in software sales. I'll probably be working from home the rest of the year! I like to keep it low key on the weekdays after work either cooking or working out.
